Because of four intertwined reasons:
+ the future (of work) is already here – it's just not evenly distributed.
+ the wise learn from the mistakes of others.
+ the best way to get better at our craft is by learning from another craftsperson.
+ we think that Miami can bridge some expertise gaps by bringing in outsiders that will remix our surroundings.
We want to boost the learning curve of fellow founders, directors, heads, and other students of the game by spending time with someone that's been there. Find people that will challenge us, level us up, show us what we don't know that we don't know.
We'll find mentors, advisors, and practitioners, and bring them to Miami.
Small group workshops (6 or fewer companies, 10 or fewer people) followed by an hour or more of 1:1 time with the Craftsperson we bring in.
Once every 45 days. Usually over a full workday.
